Shipping Policy

At KALRAH, we carefully prepare every order before it makes its way to you. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

Delivery

After your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, please allow approximately 3–7 working days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that the 3–7 working day delivery timeframe begins once your order has been processed and shipped and does not include the 1–3 working days required for order processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order's delivery progress.

If your tracking information does not update immediately, please allow some time for the courier's system to register and update the shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, KALRAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
